AI Transformation

We map how your business runs today, show which step can be handed over to software, and then write that software ourselves.

Who it's for

This service is for anywhere the sentence "we have always done it this way" gets said. A factory, a clinic, a restaurant, a logistics firm, an accounting office, a corner shop — scale doesn't matter. What they share is at least one of these three complaints:

01

The same information is typed into several places by hand; forget one and the work falls apart.

02

The job depends on one person's memory; when they take leave, everything slows down.

03

Staff get added to keep up with incoming requests — calls, messages, forms — so cost grows but speed doesn't.

What's included

01

Process analysis

We map the work on site and in conversation: which step sits with whom, where each piece of information is written down, where mistakes happen most. The output is your process, in writing.

02

Redesign

Which step can be fully automated, which should run with human approval, which is better left alone — we decide that together. Automating everything is not always right; leaving an approval step with a person often makes for a sturdier system.

03

Development

We build what was agreed: mobile app, web panel, AI assistant, integration with your existing systems — whichever it takes. We use AI in how we work too, which is what lets us deliver the same job in less time.

04

Release and standing behind it

Setup, staff training and the maintenance afterwards.

What this looks like in practice

An AI assistant instead of a call centre

Incoming calls are answered by an assistant rather than staff. A virtual PBX is set up and connected to the assistant over SIP trunk; the assistant answers the question, books an appointment and, where needed, transfers the call to the right person. The cost stays below one salary, and it is open at night and at weekends.

Ordering and payment without a waiter

The guest scans the QR code on the table, opens the menu on their phone, orders and pays. The order drops straight onto the kitchen screen. Service staff carry food instead of taking orders.

Social media messages answered automatically

Messages arriving on Instagram and WhatsApp are handled by our own product, DKC.ai: the question gets answered, a product is shown from the catalogue, an appointment is booked at a free slot. We are not installing someone else's off-the-shelf tool here — the platform is ours.

Frequently asked

Will we have to replace the software we already use?

Usually not. Your accounting or stock software stays; the new system is built to talk to it. If replacing it is the right call, we discuss why beforehand.

Where is our data kept?

On our server or yours, whichever you prefer. We run our own assistant platform on our own server, separated per customer and encrypted.

Will our staff lose their jobs?

The aim is not to cut headcount but to stop the same team doing repetitive work. We decide together which work stays with people.

What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

Steps that need approval — booking, quoting a price, taking payment — are never left for the assistant to complete alone; it is built to ask first. Conversation history is recorded, and usage and cost ceilings are defined.

Let's hear about your process first.

The first conversation is free. By the end of it we can usually talk about feasibility and a rough cost.
