Project Software

Sites that go beyond a brochure and actually carry the work: catalogue, ordering, dealer portal, B2B and B2C sales.

How it differs from a corporate site

A corporate site explains; project software works. If the visitor is doing something on the page — searching for a product, adding to a basket, requesting a quote, signing in as a dealer, tracking an order — it is no longer a brochure but an application, and it should be built as one.

What kind of work we do

01

Product catalogue

Thousands of products, categories, filters, search. Prices can be public or visible only to members.

02

Online ordering and payment

Basket, shipping, payment infrastructure, order tracking.

03

B2B / dealer portal

Dealer-specific price lists, account balance, order history, bulk ordering. In B2B, every customer seeing a different price is the rule, and the structure is built accordingly.

04

Quote and booking flows

The visitor fills in a form, a quote is produced and approved.

05

Connections to your existing systems

Accounting, stock, e-invoicing, couriers.

Why we don't use ready-made themes

Squeezing your business into a ready-made theme is cheap in the first month and expensive in the years after: every small change brings another plugin, the site slows down, and an update breaks it. If there is something particular about the work — and there usually is — building from scratch turns out both faster and cheaper over time.

Scope definition · interface design · development · admin panel · payment and shipping integrations · content entry · release · training and support afterwards.

Frequently asked

Who will enter my products?

The first load is on us — whatever format your list is in (spreadsheet, existing site, supplier file), we import it. After that you manage it from the panel.

What happens to the content and URLs on my current site?

They are carried over and the old addresses are redirected to the new ones, so you don't lose your position in Google. Skip this step and a relaunched site loses serious traffic in the first month — we don't skip it.

Can a mobile app be added later?

Yes, the data layer is built to be shared.

Let's hear about your business first.

The first conversation is free. By the end of it we can usually talk about feasibility and a rough cost.
